(Let’s be honest… it’s probably the world’s most boring book cover.
But the ideas inside could change how you experience stress.)

Shut down racing thoughts that steal your sleep.
Release the endless mental replay.
Cut the overwhelm loop at its source.Â
Stay calm and clear under pressure.
Turn draining stress into focused strength.
See how mindful women turn pressure into clarity and control.
Sometimes, it looks like being capable.
Like agreeing to things even when you want to say no.
Staying late at work, thinking, it’s easier if I just finish it.
Lying awake at night, replaying conversations and
wondering if you did well enough.
You’re organised, reliable, strong.
And exhausted.
In Mind Over Stress, you’ll meet women just like you.
Women who carried their responsibilities quietly
until the weight began to show.
Not in dramatic breakdowns.
But in restless sleep.
In constant second-guessing.
In the creeping feeling that they were
never quite doing enough.
You weren’t weak.
You were overwhelmed.
You weren’t incapable.
You were responding the only way you knew how.
And when you learn to recognise your triggers, interrupt
the mental replay, and respond to pressure differently, something shifts.
The workload doesn’t magically disappear.
But the stress stops running your life.
And that’s where your shift begins.

Mind Over Stress was born from seeing how quietly workplace pressure wears women down — and recognising how often we insist on carrying the load alone. With a background in copywriting, nursing and leadership, I’ve seen this pattern repeat itself time and again. Burnout creeps in when we ignore our triggers and override the signals our body and mind are sending. As a clinical hypnotherapist, I’ve seen how powerful the mind truly is — and how reframing our thoughts can rapidly change the way we experience stress. When we learn to listen and respond differently, everything shifts.
